When an order is placed, it usually takes us about 5 business days to ship. During these 5 days, we will process the order, conduct a routine quality check on the product purchased, and then prepare shipment.

When your tracking number isn't yet working, it's usually because the package is still in route from our studio to the shipping company. In such a situation, we recommend waiting a couple of days before checking the tracking number again. If you find that a week has past since you received the "shipment email notification" and the tracking number still isn't working, then you can go ahead and contact us and we'll be happy to help.
We only offer the most trusted shipping services, such as DHL, FedEx, TNT and UPS. Due to some locations being out of DHl, Fedex, UPS and TNT's area of operation, we may have no choice but to use standard international shipping services. We can also offer standard international shipping services upon customer requests.
Usually, if you are not home when the delivery arrives, the shipping company will make an additional three attempts to deliver the package. DHL, Fed Ex and UPS will only hold onto undelivered packages for about ten business days before returning the package to the sender.So, it's important to make every effort to be available for deliveries.

If your discount code isn't working, it usually means that the sale or event has already passed and the discount code can no longer be used. Although, sometimes we make mistakes on our end, so it could be possible that there is a small issue with the discount code.
